Active Women Cancer Support Group
Support Group
The purpose of this PEER run group is to provide a comfortable and safe environment where women affected by cancer can be supported, develop friendships, exchange ideas and thoughts, obtain information from mainstream and complimentary health professionals and each other and most importantly, have some fun! By helping each other we feel less isolated, learn valuable coping skills and gain a greater feeling of control and self-worth.
