Philippa Montier
Art Therapist
Art therapy is a way of exploring thoughts, feelings, and experiences through creative expression. You don’t need to be artistic or have any special skills as the focus is on the process of creating.
With experience in community mental health as well as hospital settings, Philippa offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, create, reflect, and connect with yourself in a different way.
Art therapy can help with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-discovery and emotional wellbeing, using creativity as a pathway to healing, growth, and understanding yourself more deeply.
Sessions are available for private and NDIS-funded clients.
